Tech-stack

Now that we've reviewed the initial plans and made the call to start the experiment, it's time to develop our brand and tech-stack.

Tech-stack

01 · Name & Brand

A critical first step: choosing the right name (and URL). We spent ages refining around the ProductAI concept. Claude didn't think it was a strong concept, and usable domain names were scarce (or outrageously expensive). But why not feed AI our thinking? We gave Claude and ChatGPT our thoughts on the experiment and quickly moved toward "founded by ai". Ultimately, we went with "co-Founded by AI" and locked in the .com domain. Done.

02 · Logo

Same principle here. We handed AI a set of criteria and asked it to design a logo. First in Claude Design. Not much to write home about, ugly logos we couldn't use. ChatGPT delivered the same. Logos, sure, but not to our satisfaction. Probably a prompt-writing skills issue. Google's Gemini with Nano Banana Pro delivered what we wanted. Out came a set of 10 logos, all pointing toward what we needed. A little more back-and-forth, optimize the best one, and done. A logo we can work with. We immediately removed the background via MyImage.io so the logo looks crisp everywhere.

03 · Brand Identity

We had a logo; now for the world around it. For brand guidelines and UX design, we chose between Google Stitch and Claude Design. We went with the latter. Just launched by Claude, so cutting edge. We explored the tool and then fed it our prompt.

First, we had it create a design system so we could keep all future executions consistent. That's a lesson we learned before. The logo prompt applied here too. We had both versions create a design and weren't immediately satisfied with either. Through iteration, refining what we were looking for and naming examples of sites we loved, AI got back to work.

The machine churned and delivered a complete design system. We already had the logo, but now also a color palette, font choices, type scales, photography styling, buttons, borders, everything. All in one digital brand identity.

Based on this, Claude Design designed the site. We prompted the site structure (loosely) and incorporated AI's questions and advice. We're pleased with the design; our experiment is coming to life step by step.

04 · The Tech-Stack

Now to build. Obviously with Vibe Coding, but which tool? Lovable, Replit, Base44: plenty of options. But since we created our design in Claude Design, it's a no-brainer. The "hand-off to Claude Code" button was staring at us. The interface of Lovable and others is nice visually, but Claude Design and Claude Code integration wins here.

Code got to work and built the entire site, including all content we generated in the design phase. Everything on modern technology, pre-rendered up front for speed and searchability. The code syncs with GitHub so we're independent of any single tool.

Yes, AI makes mistakes building an application. But it fixes them on its own too:

Publishing happens to Vercel hosting from GitHub and AI threw in Astro for pre-rendering on the fly. Almost everything hands-free.

Out of Claude Code we now have:

All immediately ready (technically) for SEO and GEO discoverability. This is flowing beautifully. Sure, a few iterations here and there, but AI always helps.

Because we'll store data in the future for things like our interactive idea generator, we plugged in a Supabase database right away. Claude Code handled the lion's share of that work. The database runs in Germany, which is nice to see. Smooth sailing.

Finally, a Content Management System is handy. And throw in automatic English translation while you're at it. AI recommended Sanity as the CMS. Fine, let's do it. And implement it. A few minutes later, we could manage the entire site from a CMS. It all works. Flawlessly. Oh, most tools (hosting, CMS, database, GitHub) are free with limited use. We do pay for the AI tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google), which we use continuously.

05 · Social Media

Quickly register the key social media accounts. LinkedIn first: we set up the company page. Then Instagram (see image) so we can post updates there. Instruct AI to auto-generate the posts. It does that pretty well: images and meta copy get created. But since we don't yet have Meta and LinkedIn integrations, publishing is still manual. We'll revisit that later.

06 · Google

The final step for now is submitting our brand-new site to Google Search Console. That gets us found. Once we've indexed all pages, it's a waiting game. Hopefully Google picks us up fast and we rank high. Because Claude Code automatically uses pre-rendering, Google reads the pages perfectly. That should help. Claude also gave advice on content and technical metadata so we get found by AI agents for GEO as well.
